430 Yard Drive with VIVID XT Wins World Long Drive Event
JUSTIN JAMES WINS THE BASH FOR CASH WITH 430 YARD DRIVE WITH VOLVIK VIVID XT GOLF BALL
Justin James won the Bash for Cash, a World Long Drive event in Port Robinson, Canada, with a 430 yard bomb. The official golf ball of World Long Drive is the new VIVID XT, used by all competitors at World Long Drive events. It was the 2nd win for James this season.
In all there were 12 balls hit over 425 yards in the doule elimination round, the longest being 440 yards by Scott Kalamar.
Michael Knox punches his ticket to the Volvik World Championship in September as the highest finishing non-exempt player in the tour event and joins Bryan Kelly, Ryan Gearhart, Gabriel Caron Landry and Nate Clingersmith as Bash for the cash qualifiers for the Volvik World Long Drive Championship, being aired live on Golf Channel September 5th and 6th.
