Volvik Players Earn 2 Top 5's on LPGA, Top 25 on Web.com Tour
Volvik staff player Chella Choi played an Orange Vista golf ball to the 54-hole lead and eventual 4th place finish this week in Mobile. Thailand's Pornanong Phatlum played her Pink Vista golf ball to the clubhouse lead at 20 under par Sunday and an eventual 2nd place finish.
The two Top 5 finishes at the Mobile Bay LPGA Classic extended Volvik's streak of Top 25 finishes on the LPGA Tour to eight straight events. In the last eight LPGA Tour events, players using Volvik colored golf balls have earned eight Top 10 finishes (including five Top 5's) and 18 total Top 25 finishes. Nine players in the field at The Mobile Bay LPGA Championship were playing Volvik golf balls.

Four Volvik staff players currently rank in the Top 40 on the official LPGA Tour money list, including #12 Phatlum (Pink Vista), #23 Choi (Orange Vista), #37 Ilhee Lee (Yellow Vista) and #40 Jee Young Lee (Orange Vista).
Volvik has 78 total instances of professionals using their Vista golf balls in tournament play this year on the LPGA Tour (35 Orange, 30 Yellow, 11 Pink and 2 Green). Volvik players have experienced very high performance rates with 23% of the players using Volvik earning a Top 25 finish.
Also this week on tour, Web.com Tour player and Volvik staff player Erik Flores finished T19 playing a Volvik golf ball at the BMW Charity Pro Am, his second straight cut made after putting an Orange Vista 4-piece golf ball in play. He ranked 13th in driving distance and had the #1 longest drive of the event at 349 yards.
"The ball was long all week," said Flores, a three-time All-American at UCLA. "I recorded the longest drive all week at 349 yards. It gave me a lot of confidence to know I had that kind of distance in my arsenal."
Volvik also experienced another Top 5 finish with Courtney Massey playing a Vista 4-piece golf ball on the Symetra Tour at the Friends of Mission Charity Classic in Asheville, North Carolina. Nine Symetra Tour players had a Volvik golf ball in play this week. Massey now ranks 6th in the Volvik Race for the Card. The winner from Guardian Retirement Championship at Sara Bay April 28th, Christine Song, also plays a Volvik golf ball and currently ranks 4th in the Volvik Race for the Card. Volvik players have earned one victory, six Top 10 finishes and 12 Top 25 finishes in five Symetra Tour events so far in 2013.
