Volvik Players Finish with 2 Top 5, 5 Top 25 Finishes at Final LPGA Major
Volvik staff players were all over the leaderboard and the worldwide television coverage this weekend at the Evian Championship, the final major championship of the season on the LPGA Tour.
Volvik staff professional Mi Hyang Lee held the 18, 36 and 54-hole clubhouse lead with her bright Orange golf ball in play. She ended up finishing T4, along with Volvik staffer Ilhee Lee, giving both players their best ever finish in a major championship.
Mi Hyang and Ilhee both finished at 7 under par and earned $151,270 with their Top 5 finishes. It was the 3rd Top 5 finish and 7th Top 10 finish for Ilhee and the 2nd Top 5 and 3rd Top 10 finish for Mi Hyang this season.
Five of the six players playing Volvik color golf balls at the event finished in the Top 25 of the Evian Championship. Two of the Volvik players in the Top 25 played Orange, two played Pink and one played Yellow.

We now estimate that we have received over $7 million in Volvik logo airtime exposure since we started getting color golf balls in play on the professional tours.”
In 2015, LPGA Tour players using Volvik golf balls continue to lead Volvik to increased on-air visibility with their bright colors with 1 victory, 10 Top 5's, 16 Top 10's and 38 Top 25's after 24 events. More than 17.2 million viewers tuned in to the LPGA Tour on Golf Channel and NBC in 2014.
Volvik now has four staff players in Top 30 in the Race to the CME Globe standings playing three different color golf balls: #18 Chella Choi (Orange), #20 Ilhee Lee (Yellow) #24 Mi Hyang Lee (Orange) and #28 Phatlum (Pink).
The Race to the CME Globe is the season-long competition that pays out the player who has accumulated the most points with $1 million after the CME Group Tour Championship Nov. 19-22.
